Who is The Picture Nanny?
Hi! My name is Tina Evans. A former Wisconsinite, I now call the beautiful mountains of North Carolina my home. My husband, our 3 children, their spouses and now some grand babies have been loving life here for more than 20 years!
I am the picture taker, photo lover, story listener in the family. Hearing the memories and feelings that come with every photograph have always been a treasure to me. I also have been taking care of children most of my life. As a nanny, it has been such a joy to care for so many little ones as they grew up. And of course I took so many pictures of them. Now I get to blend these two things that I love and help others care for the photographic memories they have. Whether it’s great grandma’s collection of black and white photos in an old brittle album, an inherited collection in a crumbling shoe box, dad’s slides from 50 years ago or your own collection of digital photos in an endless sea on your phone. I can help you get them to a place that is safe, preserved, searchable and shareable. To care for your photos like I cared for babies… that would be an honor.
